Michael`s Family Restaurant V in Glenside

The food here is not bad. Their salard bar looks like it should be in a magazine. I had a fab hamburger one day that was " all that". Hopefully it wasn't for just that day. The prices are right and breakfast is all day. This cozy place but not too small does great breakfast. Njoy!

Good classic diner food. They also have a salad bar. Sunday around 11am - 1pm is a busy time, expect a 25 minute wait.

Every time I go here everything is great!! From the beginning to the end. The waitresses are pleasant and very prompt. You also get a bunch for your buck. Always enough to take home even. I really recommend Michael’s for a date night or a family outing.

I seldom if ever have had a bad experience, when patronizing this Michael's restaurant. The management/wait staff are friendly, the exterior, interior/parking lot. Is well maintained. Their menu has a good variety of food choices/not to mention the food prices are fair, the food portions are good/ is always very good. Hence, I am obliged to give Michael's a rare five star rating, with five smiles 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 💯‼️

The service is great, I stop by once a month or so. The food is pretty good, go with the specials. Great salad bar, assortment of cakes and pies, and coffee. The good thing is the there does not seem to be a high turnover of the wait staff, so if you like your waiter/waitress...they most likely will be there when you return. There does seem to be a high number of regulars as well.

This place used to be very good. A lot of corners are being cut here. Probably the only good thing here is the value for the food you receive and our waiter Roberto. Food was sub par. Veggies from a can. Meatloaf horrible . The Spaghetti sauce tastes like it came from a can. Not very clean either. I was running to the bathroom less than 20 minutes after leaving this restaurant. Will not return

Of course we went at the busiest time, Sunday brunch, but they kept things moving! Great diner!

Excellent restaurant with excellent food, service, prices and atmosphere! All of our food was piping hot and delicious! We will definitely stop in again if back in this area!

A good place to get breakfast or whatever you need. They also been revamping the building and the brand. So there's always a little upgrade each time I go.

Haven't been here since I graduated from college. I love the changes to the decor. It's really brightened up the place. The food still tastes as good as I remembered it.

I don't normally give ok reviews. However i work late and went in there for a bite after work with my family. The service was ok. But the atmosphere was not good. The staff is not happy hear and we heard about it. Unahppy staff says a lot. Do not try to come here past 9pm.

Food is always good, but I remember asking for a tea,but never got one so I just left.

This is by far my favorite small restaurant. I have not had a bad meal there, especially the seafood. The salad bar is always fresh; the soups are excellent; the food is hot; the portions are generous; and the prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for? Yes, I am a regular customer there.

We met with friends at this restaurant for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

The service was bad, we got it all the way in the back. To a waitress that was waiting on everybody it seems. But she love to gossip said two words to me and who I was with. Two other ladies came in after us and she gossip with them and the whole restaurant to hear what went on. They got the food before I I don't see how that's all you had to do is spread chicken salad on toast and bring it out. Then two other customers came in and they were mad and wanted to see the manager because the person upfront was rude to them and the person up front was the manager. I will never ever in my life go back to Michaels in Philadelphia excuse me in Wyncote😡😡😡

Customer service is always great here. Even on a busy days I have only had to wait up to 15 minutes to be seated. This diner is a favorite meeting place for locals and Arcadia students. The food is great for diner food and is always served quickly.

This place is almost an institution, it has been in business since I can remember. I assume the college crowd from Arcadia is a main staple, but the restraunt was crowded in the the middle of summer too. It is definitely diner food, my burger was tastee. The service was good, not great, but still a good rating non the less. I would go back, it has a decent salad bar.

This is a small chain of terrific diners. Lots to choose from on the menu, and they have a really neat salad bar that they keep stocked all the time. The staff is friendly and very competent about the menu and the place. And unlike a lot of places, they actually have a counter to sit at if you're eating alone. Like I said, there's a chain of them, and I've eaten at a few of them. Haven't had a bad meal there yet!

Stopped in with family members after shopping. The food was good and hot, had chicken noodle soup with fish and chips. The salad bar could have used darker lettuces but otherwise had a nice variety. Took almost all of the fish home, made a nice lunch the next day. :)

The food was good enough. But my server? Well I'll just say' Over Worked& Underpaid'. I realize you cant always get what ya want. I'm sure shes somebodies hero. So she gave up smiles and was polite. The service industry is impossible. Hey! I can be better. Go get some good food.

Horrible. My food was not appetizing so I let the manager know and he goes to tell me that the food is great and he cannot do anything about my problem. They are rude and do not know how to talk to customers.

the attitude in this place is absolutely unacceptable. when i came in i told the host we had 4 and 2 of us were on their way, he refused to seat us until they arrived and i let it go. A few moments later a group seating 3 walked in but only 2 were present and he seated them but told us we had to wait.....Then we got seated and the waiter was very rude, the other co workers weren’t really rude but they didn’t really understand english. I asked for zesty sauce for my onion rings and I got tabasco sauce...because she didn’t understand the language. My friend had hair in her eggs, my other friend didn’t like her cheesesteak and the manager or whoever he was told hee basically she needs to learn to like it because she ordered it. She had only taken one bite of it.... he was very rude, had no customer service and when we addressed issues he told us we weren’t allowed to come back to the restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!

Spent many late nights sobering up in this place. Food was always good and the staff was always fun and played along with our antic's. I'm sure we were cursed more than enjoyed. However they were always pleasant and always made us feel at home
